Refund rules may differ by event. Attendees should review event-specific refund terms before paying.

Where Trickets is only providing ticketing software, the organizer remains responsible for approving and funding refunds unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Platform fees, payment processing costs, consumed tickets, checked-in tickets, and late cancellation requests may be non-refundable depending on the event terms.

For postponed or cancelled events, the organizer must communicate the next steps, including replacement dates, ticket validity, or refund windows.
